Last week Steve Caballero flew into Sydney for the 2017 Bondi Bowl-a-rama – where he dominated and subsequently won the Masters Championship. Another notch in the belt for a man whose contribution, resilience and longevity in skateboarding rarely sees his name mentioned without the word ‘legend’ near it.
Being the opportunists we are: we decided to take advantage of his presence on our shores and talk shop about the 25 year anniversary and evolution of the Vans Half Cab – an off shoot of his first and arguably the worlds first pro signature skate shoe.
